We have the newest event room in Luverne, MN!
When you choose the Big Top Event Room, we want to make your day as relaxing as possible! Whether you are having a wedding with 350 people, a business meeting with 20 people, a kids birthday party or an educational seminar, we want to be the place you think of!

Package A
This is the perfect option for a wedding, large banquet or fundraiser!
A beautiful place to have a reception and dance, but you can make it a one-stop-shop and have the ceremony in-house as well.
Yes, we host several weddings during the year, but we aren't limited to the type of event you can host here!
Max Capacity of 400
Package A Includes:
Tables, Chairs and Linens
*Rectangular or Round tables available
Prior Day Decorating Encouraged!
Design, Set up and Tear Down of seating included
Use of Built-in-Bar (bartenders included)
No outside alcohol allowed on property
Projector and Screens available for PowerPoints or slideshows
Bridal Suite and Catering Room included
Event Manager onsite the night of event
Any catering service is welcome with a MN catering license
Package B
Not looking to host a HUGE party? We can make that a realization as well!
By cutting the room in half, we create a smaller, more intimate setting. This is perfect option for graduation parties, bridal showers, holiday parties, baby showers and birthday parties!
Package B Includes:
Tables, Chairs and Linens
*Rectangular or Round tables available
Design, Set up and Tear Down of seating included
Projector and Screens available for PowerPoints or slideshows
Catering Room available along with 2 serving tables
Any catering service is welcome with a MN catering license
(if you choose to bring your own food, a waiver must be signed)
Bar Service available upon request - must meet the minimum
If you choose to not use the bar service, you may bring in your own non-alcoholic beverages
Package C
Package C is the perfect option if you are looking to host a business meeting out of the office!
We will take care of the set up and tear down - you just come in, hook your computer up and get ready to present!
We set up like a classroom so no one has their back to you and everyone will give you their undivided attention! What you have to say is important!

Tables, Chairs and Linens
*Rectangular tables set up like a classroom
Design, Set up and Tear Down of seating included
Projector and Screens available for PowerPoints or slideshows
Catering Room available along with 2 serving tables
Any catering service is welcome with a MN catering license
(if you choose to bring your own food, a waiver must be signed)
Bar Service available upon request - must meet the minimum
If you choose to not use the bar service, you may bring in your own non-alcoholic beverages
Patio Package
Looking to use one of our tents, but just don't have the space? We can help with that too!
North of the building is a concrete pad where a 40x40 tent fits perfectly!
We will put up the tent, provide picnic tables underneath and you can have a great "parking lot party!"

Picnic Tables for seating
Design, Set up and Tear Down of seating included
Catering Room available along with 2 serving tables

Birthday Party Package!
So you want to have a birthday party for your child, but don't want 20 kids running around your house? We have your answer!!
Come down to Big Top and let the mess stay here!
Birthday party Packages are perfect for kids of any age. We have something for all ages to stay entertained and run off some energy!
Room rentals have a one hour minimum.
